The EYEWITNESSES have stated ON RECORD that the
boy DID NOTHING TO PROVOKE the attack by this
insane teacher (who already had an outstanding
criminal warrant AND no teaching license at all).

Per the EYEWITNESSES, they (a number of girls
who witnessed the attack AND also filmed it)
were simply practicing a popular dance and
when the boy joined in with them and began
flirting with and chatting to one of the
girls -- the teacher suddenly ran up and
began attacking him and accusing him of
things that he had NOT been doing at all.

The child tried to run away from her and
she repeatedly cornered, kicked and beat
him done -- in spite of his pleas and
screams and begging her to not hurt him.

This "teacher" has a criminal record and a
long history of issues following her 'career'
and 'lifestyle' -- while the child that she
savagely attacked, on the other hand, has no
record of bad behavior or unprovoked attacks.

Stop 'blaming the victim' (in this case a
child) everytime someone in a position of
"authority" abuses that position to cause harm.

This woman is psychotic and evil and should be
kept as far away from any child as is possible.

Yeah, that boy was making fun of a handicapped student. And yeah, he may have been the biggest bully in the school. But people can't go around beating up kids because they're angry at them or want to teach them a lesson. You're just teaching that child that it's okay to use your fists because you're angry or to teach them wrong from right. That's not okay. He should have been punished, yes, but not physically. We're not savages or "creatures" like another user deemed the boy. We are people. And people don't go around beating others; that kind of behavior can precipitate harsher violence in the future. Violence is not the answer.

To Corporal Punishment: who the hell do you think you are? You're busy mouthing off about 'assumptions' other people are making when you yourself are shooting off your mouth about how horrible the parents must be, what a delinquent the victim (*gasp*, yes I did define him as the victim) must be, and every other negative thing that can possibly be said that isn't about the teacher. Well, for starters, congratulations on your thinking, because I for one can not think up of a damn thing that CAN'T be said that isn't negative about the bitch who beat (notice I did not put air-quote marks on the word beat)that boy. What's wrong with you? Do you yourself have anger management issues? Have a bad relationship with your own children? If you do, is it because you probably beat them for every minor infraction they committed? Oh, I am so sorry, here I am making assumptions again. Not only do you need a brain, 'Corporal Punishment', but you need some kind of organ to fill the gaping cavity where your heart's supposed to be! It seems obvious to me that you can't go around beating up children because they are acting innappriately. That just leads to an angrier kid, which ultimately results in more problems in the future. And now we're going to blast back to the past. Tell me, were you beat by your own parents and teachers? And if you were, did it feel good? Did it really teach you wrong from right? Did you not feel upset if this did indeed happen? And now, for the last question, did you, when you grew up, go and beat your own children because of this, because you learned that whenever someone does something that's wrong even in the smallest ways, you go and kick them in the ribs, maybe smack them around and throw them into a wall? Sleep on it.

I wish all Teachers are as brave as Ms. Davis..... Corporal Punishment should be back in our school system.... Parents should discipline their own children if they don't want the teacher to give them corporal punishment... THAT BOY FINALLY GOT WHAT HE DESERVED!!!!!! I feel so bad for the girl and the parents of that girl whom that Boy bullied.... There are quite few kids in school that either attempted suicide or are already dead by committing suicide because of BULLYING..... i'm sure those bad kids that bullies other kids in school starts bullying when they were young an/or when they were in elementary grades.... BULLYING should be prevented---by either the PARENTS or the TEACHERS----CORPORAL punishment needs to be back in our school system because of kids like ISAIAH JOHNSON*****

I'd give her a raise. She was tired of taking crap off the little scumbag. Another site reported he was bullying girls in the class and administrators wouldn't do anything,(as usual) so she did. At the end of the clip you can hear her say "by a girl" several times. If we had more teachers with a little moxie like her, there would be order in the class rooms again. We could probably use her on our local police department.

I have taught at an alternative school before and yes the children are bad as hell; however, I never put my hands on a child in that manner. When I walk into that classroom I treat those children like I would want my own child to be treated, but first and foremost I pray for God's strength and guidance while I deal with other people's children. I agree with bringing corporal punishment back into the school as well as I do with bringing prayer back into the schools. When corporal punishement were allowed in school the student was sent to the principal and that student would be told to touch their toes and receive three pops. It worked! There are so many parents who do not discipline their children thus not wanting anyone else to discipline their children as well. If you have out of control children at home then keep them at home and get the home schooled. Don't make someone else subjected to dealing with that chaotic madness. Not trying to be judgemental, but by looking at that boys mom I guarantee you he isn't being disciplined. If I were to assume I would say that he talks back to his mom, does what he wants do, and she spoils him. If you spare the rod you spoil the child. I am a single mother of a 13-year old boy who is schooled in a public school, and was tested as gifted and talented. He is also athletically inclined. We go to church every Sunday and sometimes during the week. He is not allowed to play his video games on school nights. He is in the bed at a decent time on school nights. When he learned what 'no' meant I started whooping his tail when I had to tell him no more than once. He says, yes ma'am and no ma'am, yes sir and no sir. I have taught him that when you are in that teacher's classroom you are to respect him or her as if they were me. He has had an activity if not activities since he was three-years-old. He was in private school at the age of two. When he makes 18 and is off in college I have peace in knowing I did all that I can do. So if he goes left it would be because he is failing himself. Parents need to stop letting the school system raise their children and raise them themselves so when it is time to let them go they know they have prepared them for the world. Isaiah Johnson will not be prepared for what is to come, because he is not being taught to be responsible for his own actions. Instead he is being taught to push the teacher to the edge so we can sue the school for her beating your tail. I don't condone the teacher's actions, because she should be trained to deal with these type issues. I believe she should be fired and never allowed to teach again. I also believe that the student needs some serious discipline. Parenting begins at home.
