Tiffanny Shepard is Leah Lust, Bikini Teacher (Photos, Video)

Leah Lust

Some of you may remember about a year ago a story broke from Florida about a bikini teacher named Tiffany Sheppard who was fired from her job because she was moonlighting as a bikini-clad cocktail waitress. It seems the young woman, after searching for a job continuously since then, has decided to give it all up and just become a porn star.

Ms. Sheppard, who goes by the industry name Leah Lust or the bikini teacher, has apparently found a niche role as the “wife next door” type or the school teacher type (fitting I suppose). Apparently, after her firing last year from her teaching job at Port St. Lucie, Sheppard could no longer find any honest work. She claims she sent out arount 1500 resumes even as far away as Idaho, but no takers. When asked about her new position (no pun intended) she said:

“I’m not particularly proud of it. To be honest, I hate it,” Shepherd said. “I’m an educated woman, but I never thought it would come to this. No one gets brought up thinking they’ll be a floozy.”

Lockerbie Bomber Abdel Baset al-Megrahi Freed for Oil: Britain Lybia Lockerbie Bomber Oil Deal

It seems more and more clear that there was actually a deal between the British government and Libya to set Abdel Baset al-Megra, the Lockerbie bomber, free in exchange for oil. According to leaked ministry documents the British government essentially determined that it was “in the overwhelming interests of the United Kingdom” to return al-Megrahi to Libya. If this is collaborated it is disgusting and a decided turn in U.S.-U.K. relations.

According to these reports Gordon Browns government decided this would be the best way to get the Libyans to play ball after a multi-billion dollar oil deal started heading south. In fact, there are letters dating back 2 years now between Jack Straw (a justice secretary) and Kenny MacAskill in Scotland to make this deal work. Even Saif Gadaffi, the son of the leader of Libya, specifically stated that:

“The fight to get the [transfer] agreement lasted a long time and was very political, but I want to make clear that we didn’t mention Mr Megrahi.

“At all times we talked about the [prisoner transfer agreement]. It was obvious we were talking about him. We all knew that was what we were talking about.

“People should not get angry because we were talking about commerce or oil. We signed an oil deal at the same time. The commerce and oil deals were all with the [prisoner transfer agreement].”

Italian Prime Minister Sues Media: Silvio Berlusconi Defamation Lawsuit

Say what you want to about Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, but at least he has cajones. It has been a pretty brutal couple of months for Berlusconi where he has faced allegations of wild naked parties, relationships with teenage girls, prostitution and even offering an escort an EU parliament seat. Instead of sitting back and taking these shots from the media, he has decided to hit back by suing several members of the press for libel. The Italian Prime Minister has filed legal actions against the media in Italy, Britain, Spain and France over these stories about his private life.

Lawyers for Berlusconi have filed suits against the French publication Nouvel Observateur for a story called “Sex, Power and Lies” and against a Spanish newspaper for publishing photos of folks walking in the buff at Berlusconi’s private villa (why, the very idea of publishing such lies!). Interestingly Berlusconi, who owns one of the largest broadcasters in Italy, has accused competitor Rupert Murdoch of driving the charges against him, presumably for reasons more related to their business rivalry then anything else.

Dutch Royals AP Privacy Lawsuit Victory

Beatrix05
Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands

The Dutch certainly have a different view of Freedom of the Press and privacy rights then we do. On Friday, it seems that a Dutch court ruled against the AP and in favor of the Dutch royal family stating that all photographs of the crown prince and his family were illegal because they “lacked news value”. It’s a good thing the National Enquirer isn’t based in the Netherlands or they’d have nothing to write about!

The judge actually issued an injunction against the Associated Press that forbade any further sale or dissemination of four images that were taken of Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and his family as they vacationed in Argentina the the past week. The Court stated:

“They should not have to constantly be prepared that private photographs will be offered to media,” the court ruled. Only if the images have news value or contribute to the public debate about a social topic, can an exception be made, it said.

Furthermore the court stated:

“Plaintiffs must, as public figures fulfilling a constitutional function, endure attention from the media, even when they are appearing in private and especially when they appear in a public place. However this does not mean that the plaintiffs, when they appear in private, should always have to be alert that photos made in that situation can be offered to the media for publication.”

Billy Gillispie DUI; Karen Sypher Tapes (Video)

It’s a bad week for UK sports as both Billy Gillispie and Rick Pitino have faced some embarrassing allegations and charges. First, last night it was discovered that former Kentucky men’s basketball coach Billy Gillispie was pulled over and charged with a DUI. Apparently Gillispie and and a buddy had been out golfing, but spent too much time at the 19th hole. On the drive back, things got a little dicey and some 3rd party reported to the police that Gillispe’s car was driving erratically. Gillispie was released this morning from an Anderson County jail this morning and charged with a DUI.

Kathleen K.C. Neill is Met Museum Nude Model (Video)

Police in New York City have arrested Kathleen “K.C.” Neil, a 26 year old woman who was found posing naked at te New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. Apparently she was posing nude for the photographer right in front of the other visitors of the musuem. Ironically this all occurred in the arms and armor department of the museum. Why can’t this ever happen when I go to the museum, finally some entertainment. You can see video of the actual stripping and posing below. Gotta love video phones everywhere!

Her lawyer has a novel defense idea. Essentailly he claimed that since the museum is full of nude art, that his client Ms. Neill should not face obsenity charges. Apparently she was just doing what comes natural to all visitors of a museum.
