The soap-opera around Anna Nicole Smith’s life and death seems to never end. Even now, years after the tragic celebrity personality died, she makes headline news. Perhaps more now than when she was alive. As you undoubtedly know, she died at the age of 39 on February 8, 2007. Following her untimely death, there was a highly public fight for custody of her infant daughter, Dannielynn, who came with what was then thought to be a $500 million inheritance from Smith’s former elderly billionaire husband, J. Howard Marshall. There were also questions about how she overdosed on drugs under the allegedly watchful eyes of her lawyer and doctor.
Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor have both been charged with providing Anna Nicole Smith with excessive drugs and they have both plead not guilty. The trial is currently being played out in a Los Angeles courtroom.
The prosecuting attorney, Renee Rose, has accused the Playboy model’s two doctors and attorney with funnel large amounts of powerful drugs to the model in order to maintain their positions in her inner-circle.
A witness in the trial has recanted his previous statements to investigators by testifying in court that he never saw Smith abuse drugs and never saw Stern force medication on her. In fact, he stated he didn’t believe Stern should be on trial.
Shelley also testified that he believed Dr. Khristine Eroshevich was a ‘good woman’ who was trying to help Smith.
Shelley had previously told investigators that he believed Stern had over-medicated Smith.
The defendants in the Anna Nicole Smith trial have not been charged with her death. They have been charged with conspiring to provide controlled substances to Smith from July 2004 until January 2007. They also stand accused of ‘prescribing, administering and dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.
The affect of Ford Shelley, the Anna Nicole Smith witness who has recanted his statement, is yet to be seen as the trial continues.

Ford Shelley stole Anna’s belongings immediately after her death and sold them. He is a vulture who raked big money off of a dead Anna. He always had an agenda especially when he talked about Anna and Howard on Geraldo Show. Shelley told the truth this time because he knows that perjury is a very serious crime.

I believe he is being blackmailed with possible threats to his daughter. These people are the only ones who have done the right thing for Anna, at incredible risk to themselves. You are completely wrong and likely working for Howard Stern’s camp.
