The Oklahoma City police say John Sidelle claims his wife’s sex fantasy death was an accident. Arthur John Sedille, 23, called 911 to report that his wife, Rebecca Sedille, 50, was killed when a handgun fired accidentally in their bedroom. Arthur Sedille told police that he and his wife were engaged in a sex fantasy game where he had pressed a gun to her head. Sedille claims he did not know the gun was loaded. Taken into custody, no formal charges have yet to be filed by Canadian County assistant district attorney, Paul Hesse. Arthur Sedille is currently being held in the Oklahoma County jail under suspicion of first degree murder. The incident occurred on December 21st.
According to an affidavit filed by Arthur Sedille with police, at some point during the sex fantasy game, he took the pistol off the shelf and worked the slide as if arming the gun. A procedure common with semi-automatic pistols which ‘racks’ a round from the magazine into the chamber. However, he claims that he did not know the gun was loaded when he pressed it against the head of his wife, Rebecca Sedille. After calling 911 to report the accident, Sedille told police that he and his wife often played risky fantasy sex games.
Despite John Sedille’s claim that his wife’s sex fantasy death was an accident, a judge in Canadian County ruled that there is sufficient grounds to hold Arthur John Sedille in custody for the possible murder of his wife, Rebecca Sedille. Investigators from the Oklahoma City police are continuing the probe into the incident. Canadian County assistant district attorney Paul Hesse stated that no formal charges have yet to be filed against Arthur Sedille, who is currently being held in the Oklahoma County jail.

Ok…it could have happened that way but I don’t believe it for a second. I think he saw something like this on TV and planned it out.
I find his ‘story’ a tad convenient.I was always taught to treat every gun , even the ‘unloaded’ ones, as having real bullets in them.
We really need a felony stupid charge on the books—with harsh penalties.

Given that he claims on his Facebook page to be a ‘gun nut’, and that ALL semi-auto pistols do NOT slide fully IF the magazine is unloaded, I would have to say that either this guy is a total idiot or he planned it all along.
