Bonnie Sweeten, sentenced to at least nine months in prison for the Disney-World kidnap hoax, will also be on probation for four years. Sweeten plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of identity theft and false reports after calling 911 on May 26 and claiming that “two black men” had carjacked her and that she was calling police from the trunk of her car. She later turned up at Disney-World in Orlando, Florida with her nine year old daughter.

Judge Jeffrey Finley had some harsh words for Sweeten in handing down the sentence. Judge Finley stated the following:
“Most of us who are lucky enough to go to Disney World have memories of the Cinderella parade and ‘It’s a Small World,’ ” Henry said. “This child will remember her mother getting arrested by the FBI.”
Sweeten’s story gained national attention after reports that a woman and her daughter had been kidnapped and were in the trunk of a car. She was arrested at Disney World after the story began to unravel. She had used a co-workers driver’s license to travel with her daughter.
The sentencing guidelines for this type of case calls for probation, but the judge ignored those guidelines in favor of prison calling Sweeten “a calculating, manipulative, cold-blooded woman” and stating that lawmakers, in developing the sentencing guidelines “never contemplated Bonnie Sweeten.”
In addition to the Disney-World Kidnap hoax Sweeten is also accused of stealing money from family and co-workers and is being investigated for financial irregularities at the law-firm that she worked at prior to her arrest.

Part of the reasons the judge gave for deviating from the guidelines were created widespread fear, stirred racial tensions, taxed law enforcement resources, and inflicted severe humiliation on her own loved ones, especially her three children. I hope she is still in jail–bearing false witness, faking kidnapping of own child-involving all child protective services, embezzlement from everyone she knew-friends, family, ex-inlaws, employers, clients and acquaintances. When Bonnie wanted something she just went ahead and got it-didn’t she. The judge had her pegged with the most manipulative self centered person he has ever seen. When the facts hit the fan she then tried to hide behind her mother status and used all her daughters for excuses especially the 9 year old–but the baby was the “whole reason” for the embezzlement according to her. If you have to embezzle hundreds of thousands of dollars to get fertility sessions–how are you paying for the kid after it gets here-she already sounds like that freak octomom. Answer is simply-she embezzled for herself and used every excuse in the book when she got caught–and to stir the fires of racism across the nation to get herself off is truly unforgivable–stealing from her ex’s 92 year old relative truly unforgivable–the planning, pre-meditation and sneaky covert actions, lying to people who though they could trust her–this makes her a criminal and I think they should give her the same jail time that a typical black man would get if he pre-meditated a con of this magnitude-involving nationwide man-hunt for a missing child and extensive long term embezzlement–I know it would be more than 24 mo.–It would only be right since she bore false witness on 2 black men for kidnapping–if 2 poor black men where actually framed in this “little lie” of Bonnie’s–I think the penalties would be very severe–when you bare false witness you should invoke the same penalty that the poor person you are framing to take your heat would have gotten had her nasty little lie worked the way she intended it too!–I wonder if the stupid cow would have even gone so far as to trap her daughter somewhere to fake a whole kidnap scene–if she could have gotten away with it I am sure there are no boundaries for her self promoting lies and actions–this is what happens when stupid , arrogant, greedy, self-absorbed conceited bitches are made into mothers-
