Last July, Laszlo Arsenioi Horvath admitted to having had sex with his dog. He was sentenced to home confinement. Now, he has been partially released so that the man accused of having sex with his dog can attend culinary school. Yum!

This is a story that is hard to tell without getting nauseous. It is so outside the ‘norm’ (whatever ‘norm’ is) that it is just beyond the pale. But we will try. Laszlo Horvath is a 21-year-old Bithlo, Florida man. He was arrested and charged with animal cruelty after it was discovered that he had been having sex with his dog. It started with an anonymous tip to CrimeLine alleging the dog was in need of medical care. When investigators visited Horvath, he refused to pay for veterinarian care for his dog so an investigator convinced him to allow animal services to take the poor animal.
The 8-year-old Whippet-mix named Silvy was found with her back legs bound together and a cloth covering her hind quarters. Apparently, Harvath had put the cloth over her hind-end and bound it all together with duck-tape. She was so badly injured that the vet had to put her down. Afterward, necropsy testing showed male, human DNA inside the dog’s body. At that point, Horvath admitted that he had been having sex with his dog.
He told authorities that he had sex with Silvy because he was lonely.
Laslo Horvath was charged with animal abuse. He was sentenced to house arrest and not allowed to have pet or to be near animals.
This week, Horvath was back in court asking for permission to leave his house to attend school. He complained to the court that home confinement had made it impossible for him to get a job or further his education. Orange Circuit Judge Rand Wallis ruled that Horvath can leave his home to attend culinary school. The judge also ruled that he should have psychiatric evaluations done within the next two weeks.
At least Silvy is out of the torment that had been her life. I have to admit though, I really don’t like the idea of this guy cooking any food I might eat in a restaurant. It’s just the IDEA of it. Okay, now I feel a little ill.

Beth, you are quite the premise of the manipulative media that feed’s off the demise of down-on-there-luck people. I have looked into it, and done the research myself.
He in fact did not have any sexual relation’s with the animal. As a matter of fact, it was proven so by the autopsy done. There was no DNA found inside the genital area or around whatsoever. According to inside report’s, he had gently put electrical tape around the bottom of the dog with dissinfectant cloth to keep the swelling down and help the poor animal. He had done this because he could not afford to buy dog diaper’s. She had a kanine disease known as “parvo”. Even the veterinarian had said, that silvy had developed such bad case of parvo, that heart worms were forming in the inside’s of her body. Leading to crippleness and oozing of the genital’s. How dare you make a mockery of this poor man. He has been through alot of nonsense and his family as well. And for people like you to disstort the fact’s and turn them into chaotic abusrdities is beyond low. What would you have rather him done? try to take care of the animal by unconventional need’s because he did not have the financial asset’s to do so properly? or throw her out on the street to die? (like the vet. had no problem doing). Also, report’s have shown, that the vet. did not want to treat the animal because Laszlo did not have the money to pay them. Not because he did not want too, but because he couldnt. So it is not animal cruelty for a veterinarian to throw a poor dying dog on the street because the master did not have the asstet’s to pay them?! Big difference my friend. My prayer’s are with him and his family. I would not be so understanding, but the fact’s are in. He did not sexual abuse the animal in anyway. He just so happenened to neglect it unintentionally. You should be reporting the new’s with the right ethic’s and corresponding fact’s. We should be focusing on the more important issue’s in our community, not false made media propaganda. Anyone who is not a moron, and does not believe the crap thrown at us from the so called resource’s of “the new’s”, know’s that he did not commit such a horrible act only done by real criminal’s.
